The Carpenter’s serves a selection of a’la carte seasonal foods as well as some of the more ethically Cypriot dishes such as Kleftiko, which is lamb cooked on the bones in the clay oven for 3,5 hours, and Cyprus Mousakka which is prepared with the most tasteful courjetts and auberjine with a cheese topping!
